How can I help prevent my recruitment marketing emails from being marked as spam?

Resource Edge uses whitelist servers to send your scheduled communications to candidate recipients. Whitelisting confirms that we have agreed to approved standards for bulk email. This ensures that your communications will make it to your candidate user inbox. However, we also encourage our users to understand some of the triggers that may lead an email client to automatically classify your email as spam once it’s been delivered to the candidate inbox. With aggressive spam filters enabled on many email clients, we encourage our users to consult us on the best ways to prep your email for smooth delivery past the spam folder. Consult your account executive or support for assistance in constructing a “safe” email.
